Are you an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a passion for early years education? We are currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEND primary school in the SW16 area. You will be working with young children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), supporting them with their learning, development, and emotional needs in a nurturing early years setting.

Your Role:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support for children with autism
  • Assisting the class teacher with delivering tailored learning activities
  • Creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Helping pupils develop social and communication skills through play and structured learning
