A high-performing secondary school in the borough of Ealing is seeking a passionate and driven Drama Lead to join their team from September 2026.

The Role

In this Drama lead role, you will lead a dynamic department ideally with the ability to teach from KS3 - KS5. This role represents an exciting opportunity to guide and inspire this talented team, act as a coach and mentor, and be part of the induction for ECTS.
