A high-performing, inclusive secondary school in Brent, North London is looking to appoint enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to join their team from September. The school has both full-time and short-term supply opportunities available — ideal for graduates or those with classroom experience looking to further their careers in education.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will support the continuity of learning by supervising whole classes in the absence of the regular teacher. Lessons will be pre-planned, and your role will be to manage the classroom, maintain behaviour standards, and ensure pupils stay engaged with their learning.
