We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Redbridge on either a fullâtime or partâtime basis.
The Role
In this role you will support the class teacher within the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. You will work closely with pupils throughout the school day, supporting their learning, development, and social interaction through playâbased and structured activities. You may provide 1:1 support or work with small groups of children, helping to develop early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills. Adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude are essential, as you will support children with varying needs and abilities while ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are maintained at all times.
