Philosophy Education is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor / Pastoral Support Officer for a secondary school in Welling, Bexley, starting after October half-term 2026. This full-time role follows school hours and offers competitive pay dependent on experience.
You will support KS3-KS4 students with behavioural and SEMH needs, work with pastoral teams, deliver 1:1 and small-group mentoring, and maintain accurate records while liaising with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
