The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the classroom teacher.

- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Build positive relationships with students and school staff.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- A Bachelor's Degree (BA, BSc or equivalent).
- A passion for working with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills.
- The confidence to supervise classes independently.
- A flexible and professional approach to work.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Previous classroom experience is beneficial but not essential.
