You will work 1-to-1 with children aged 5–11, in classrooms and during mentoring sessions, helping them access learning with patience and empathy.
Training will be provided for interventions and approaches, and you will collaborate with the SENCO, senior staff, and external agencies to support SEMH and SEND needs daily.
