Music Teacher – Full‑time – Hillingdon Secondary School – Start

Date: Asap or September 26 – Contract: Maternity role – Salary: £194‑£278 per Day.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate Music Teacher to join a highly‑respected Secondary school in the Hillingdon Borough to contribute to the school's vibrant musical community.

As a teacher of Music, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver a diverse music programme, and a comprehensive curriculum designed to support students of all abilities.

This role offers the chance to foster a deep love of music and build a strong sense of community through practical musicianship, particularly in ensemble settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging, well‑structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Assessing, tracking, and recording pupil progress to inform teaching and support individual learning needs.
