Philosophy Education, Ltd. is recruiting a caring 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 with additional needs in Barking primary schools.

This long-term, full-time role offers immediate or September 2026 starts.

You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to deliver personalised 1:1 support, following EHCPs and IEPs, and help pupils develop communication, literacy, numeracy and social skills in an inclusive environment.
