This is an exciting opportunity to work with learners aged 11–19 with severe and complex learning disabilities , including autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour and complex medical needs .

About the Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will take responsibility for the full range of teaching duties, including:
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated and personalised lessons .
Adapting teaching to meet a range of sensory, communication and learning needs.
Assessing and tracking pupil progress.
Contributing to Annual Reviews and SEND documentation.
Leading community visits, trips and enrichment activities.
Working closely with teaching assistants and leading a small classroom team.
