We are looking to welcome a range of people into the Wills, Trust and Probate team, from Paralegals to Legal Executives. These are key roles in our expanding team, helping us to provide expertise and support to our growing client base.

The Wills, Trusts & Probate team
We are proud to be the largest WTP team in Basingstoke. Led by Sian and Lisa, who have more than 25 years of experience between them, and supported by several fee earners and assistants. We are a friendly group that likes to work collaboratively to ensure we provide the best possible advice to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be a point of contact for clients – taking instructions in respect of probate matters and estate administration.
- You’ll get to run your own small case load for some of our probate matters and estate administration.
- You’ll be helping the team with the progression of probate files.
- You’ll be registering trusts on HMRC’s Trust Registration Service.

To be successful for this position, you must have / be:
