Your Job
As a senior commercial leader within the Global Pharma Segment at Phillips Medisize, you will lead Sales and Business Development for our Products and Services, with a strong focus on inhaled drug–device combination products. Your mission is to grow the business by supporting ongoing customer engagements, opening new strategic accounts, and converting development-stage opportunities into long-term commercial manufacturing partnerships. You will play a critical role in shaping our future growth while representing Phillips Medisize as a trusted partner to global pharmaceutical leaders. This role can be based anywhere within Europe.
What You Will Do
- Own and deliver your personal annual sales target, taking full accountability for results.
- Build and convert a robust inhalation-focused sales pipeline across development (clinical-stage formulation and drug-device combination development) and commercial manufacturing opportunities.
- Develop, nurture, and strengthen strategic customer relationships, leading negotiations to achieve sustainable "win/win" outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams (Asia, Europe, US, UK), including Innovation.
