Charity Manager / Head of Operations Neurodiversity charity | Surrey (Hybrid working) | part time/full time considered (3-5 days a week) 40-55k per annum full time salary.

We're working exclusively with a relatively new, high-potential charity with a clear mission: to enhance quality of life for neurodivergent adults through person-centred support and by celebrating difference.

Their model centres on a personal wellbeing mapping process — understanding what truly matters to each individual across physical health, mental wellbeing, social inclusion, independence and personal goals — leading to a bespoke, tailored support plan, an inclusive online community, and pathways to work and social opportunities.

Backed by a successful entrepreneur, with additional tech and finance support from the founder's other businesses, the charity is now building its core team from the ground up to scale its impact — a genuine opportunity to shape a growing organisation from its earliest days.
