A small but high-growth SaaS company in mission-critical sectors is seeking a hands-on operator to join as an active NED and quickly transition to MD/CEO. Start part-time (1–2 days/week), learning the business end-to-end, assessing the team, shaping strategy, and influencing growth while preparing to take full operational control.
You’ll act as a strategic Chief Growth Officer, ensuring scale, professionalisation, and a clear path to a liquidity event. Within 12 months, step into the MD/CEO role: own P&L, lead product, tech, revenue, and growth, and drive the business to a high-quality exit within a couple of years. The founder steps back completely - this is your business to run.
We are looking for founder-CEOs or sales background CCOs/COOs with proven SaaS scale-up and exit experience; commercially focused, and explicitly motivated to return to a hands-on CEO role. Meaningful equity and incentives reward your impact, growth, and value creation.
We ask that all applications come direct into this LinkedIn advert initially please.
