Phillips Grant Associates are assisting a client with offices in Birminghamto recruit for a Business Development Manager to drive sales within the area. Your client base will include organisations within the private and public sectors and you will need the ability to sell a solution to the clients specific needs, dealing with the sales process from initiating contact through to closing the sale in face to face meetings. Key responsibilities: Help develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve product and services sales targets. Identify and prospect new clients within the target market segments including public and private sector clients. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product recommendations and solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of the organisations offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals.
