Due to strong growth, they are looking for a Digital Marketing (Campaigns) Manager - a hands-on doer whos ready to own all marketing activity. This role reports directly to the Founder and offers clear progression into Head of Marketing and beyond into a strategic leadership position.
What youll own day-to-day:
- Full responsibility for inbound digital funnels, delivering high-quality leads to the sales team
- Managing outbound campaigns, working closely with sales on email, webinars and events to generate new opportunities
- Reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Making data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Ability to create marketecture: simplifying complex product and technical concepts into clear, visual, executive-level messaging
- Maintaining and enhancing website and social media presence with content that drives engagement and SEO
- Using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn to manage, execute, and track campaigns
- Supervise one Marketing Executive
What you bring to the table:
- Significant experience marketing for (SMB) software companies either from within an agency or in-house
- Proven experience managing digital funnels and campaigns that drive real business results
- Expert knowledge of HubSpot and skills in Salesforce and LinkedIn campaign management
- Content creation skills, including copywriting and blogging, to attract and convert leads
- Confidence working independently and collaborating with commercial teams
