The Vacancy
As Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of clients across a defined territory - nurturing relationships, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within your accounts. This is a high-impact, strategic position where you will work directly with senior decision-makers, deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions, and build partnerships that genuinely make a difference to the communities your clients serve.
You will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, develop strategic account plans, and craft compelling proposals and business cases that position the company as a true long-term partner.
Who We're Looking For
A proven B2B account management professional with a software / SaaS background. Consultative and commercially sharp, someone who builds deep client relationships, spots growth opportunities, and consistently delivers against retention and expansion targets. We are looking for a confident communicator - engaging, curious, and credible at senior stakeholder level. Experience in PropTech, Social Housing or the wider public sector is a real bonus, but strong relationship-building instincts and a track record of growing complex accounts matter more.
