This role can either be based at our Exchange Quay, Salford Manchester M5 3EF Office OR our Kirkby, Liverpool L33 7XW Office.

Role Summary: Are you passionate about building and maintaining robust IT infrastructure? We're looking for a skilled Server Infrastructure Engineer to manage enterprise-level systems and ensure our technology runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and support Microsoft Windows Server 2016 to 2025 environments.
  • Administer, configure and support Linux based systems.
  • Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP and certificate services across multiple domains.
  • Support virtual infrastructure including VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery solutions and backup strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001, PCI DSS v4.0).
  • Provide support and root cause analysis for complex issues.
  • Document system configurations, changes and operating procedures.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations and cloud integration.
  • System Patching and software updates.
