Holidays start at 23 days, plus 8 bank holidays, rising to 24 and 25 after 2 & 5 years’ service.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be engaging with both our clients and customers to provide a ‘Best in Class’ service, whilst adhering to our core values of Compassion, Compliance, Commitment & Innovation.
We are looking for 10 people to join us on Monday 3rd August 2026 where you will be enrolled onto our 3-week training plan.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday (alternating 8 am – 4 pm and 12 pm – 8 pm)
- Friday (alternating 8 am – 3.30 pm and 10 am – 5.30 pm)
- Saturday (9 am – 1 pm – working one in four Saturdays)
We find people learn best in person, so we start with everyone based in our office in Salford Quays, M5 3EF. We also operate a hybrid working pattern which allows colleagues to have a great work life balance with the opportunity to work from office and home for part of the week once achieving core competencies.
When you are in the office, getting here is easy, with Exchange Quay tram stop 2 minutes’ walk away. We provide free on‑site parking, bike storage and shower facilities.
