We are a multi award winning debt recovery and credit management services provider who operate in both the consumer and commercial sectors. Job Overview
On a day-to-day basis you will communicate with customers through incoming and outgoing telephone calls, supporting customers to pay off their debts in a practical and affordable way. You will aim to understand customers' individual circumstances by asking questions ensuring that the customers' best interests are met. It is hard work and can be difficult at times but also rewarding when we achieve the right outcome for customers whilst working towards KPI’s. It’s not for everyone, but you can make a real impact on people’s lives.
About you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of vulnerable customers and how to identify them
- Understanding of FCA guidelines
- Good telephone manner
- Strong listening skills with the ability to confidently articulate the best outcome for the customer on the spot
- Good IT skills, with knowledge of Excel and confidence
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. Although we have no immediate plans to change our working hours, we may at some point in the future return to the original shift pattern which is an alternating 2-week shift of Monday – Friday 8am - 4pm and 10am – 7pm and 1 Saturday every 4 weeks, 9am – 2pm.

Holidays
Holidays start at 21 days (rising to 25 days) plus 8 bank holidays. We operate a hybrid working pattern which allows colleagues to gain a work-life balance with the opportunity to work from office and home for part of the week once you are achieving core competencies. Reviews take place after 6 months of employment, but further information will be discussed at interview.
