Join us as a Customer Service Advisor, which we call ‘Estate Care Specialist’ in our Manchester contact centre. We work on behalf of over 70 of the UK’s largest creditors supporting customers to resolve accounts through probate.

Job Overview
On a day-to-day basis you will be engaging with both our clients and customers to provide a ‘Best in Class’ service, whilst adhering to our core values of Compassion, Compliance, Commitment & Innovation. We are looking for 10 people to join us on our next available start dates of the 13th of April where you will be enrolled onto our 3-week training plan.
We have full time roles available working:
- Monday - Thursday (alternating 8am-4pm and 12pm-8pm)
- Friday (alternating 8am-3.30pm and 10am-5.30pm)
- Saturday (9am-1pm - working one in four Saturdays).
