Salary: £26,250 - £30,388 per annum plus non‑contractual bonus

Location: Exchange Quay, Salford, Manchester M5 3EF

Join us at Phillips & Cohen Associates (UK) Ltd as a Customer Service Advisor, which we call ‘Estate Care Specialist’ in our Manchester contact centre. We work on behalf of over 70 of the UK’s largest creditors supporting customers to resolve accounts through probate.

Holidays

Holidays start at 23 days, plus 8 bank holidays, rising to 24 and 25 after 2 and 5 years’ service.

Job Overview

On a day-to-day basis you will be engaging with our clients and customers to provide a ‘Best in Class’ service whilst adhering to our core values of Compassion, Compliance, Commitment & Innovation. We are looking for 10 people to join us on our next available start dates of 1st June 2026 where you will be enrolled onto our 3‑week training plan.

We have full‑time roles available working:

  • Monday – Thursday (alternating 8 am‑4 pm and 12 pm‑8 pm)
  • Friday (alternating 8 am‑3 ½ pm and 10 am‑5 ½ pm)
  • Saturday (9 am‑1 pm – working one in four Saturdays)

We also operate a hybrid working pattern which allows colleagues to have a great work-life balance with the opportunity to work from office and home for part of the week once achieving core competencies.
