b Overview /b p In this role, you will develop trading opportunities across Europe, focusing on physical gasoline, components and naphtha trading, blending, arbitrage, and use of derivatives to complement views. You’ll work with Refining, Emerging Energy, VCO and other Commercial teams to generate value and manage risk. The position involves close collaboration with external counterparties and internal stakeholders, and supports clean products initiatives within Phillips 66. It offers the chance to influence trading strategy in a global, fast-paced environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li excellent benefits package /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Generate net-margin value from buying, selling and blending gasoline, components, and naphtha in ARA, NWE and Med regions /li li Express market view and manage risk using derivative instruments /li li Identify storage and global arbitrage opportunities /li li Build and maintain relationships with external trading counterparties /li li Pursue and implement new sourcing and trading opportunities /li li Manage the gasoline portfolio as part of a global trading team /li li Control price risk exposure from trading activities /li li Develop internal relationships with Refining, VCO, Marketing Emerging Energy /li li Communicate market intelligence up to executive management /li li Support strategic initiatives in Clean Products /li li Provide cover for other Clean Products Traders as needed /li li Enter and maintain contracts in SAP /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Legally authorised to work in the UK full-time /li li Proven ability to make real-time commercial decisions with significant financial impact /li li Track record of PnL generation in clean products trading /li li Understanding of risk/hedging tools /li li Ability to interface with internal/external customers and suppliers /li li Collaborative team player comfortable in a demanding team environment /li li Self-starter with growth mindset /li li Flexible and able to reassess market conditions /li li Strong verbal and written communication skills /li li Proficiency in Microsoft Excel /li /ul ul li collaborative team player /li li strong communication skills /li li ability to handle ambiguity /li li gasoline blending and/or naphtha trading experience /li li trading of physical and financial products /li li gasoline/refinery operations knowledge /li /ul
