Basic Function

Phillips 66 EAME Commercial group is actively involved in the trading of crude oils, refined products and renewable feeds and fuels in the UK and Europe. The Commercial Renewables team is part of a fast-growing function of our business, underpinned by the credibility and integrity of our sustainable supply chains. The Sustainability and Compliance team is predominantly responsible for ensuring compliance with international environmental laws, regulations and standards affecting renewable feedstocks, fuels, and credits.

The Sustainability Administrator will provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the sustainability team by monitoring and processing incoming sustainability information to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of our compliance obligations.

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Collect and check incoming proof of sustainability documentation against agreed contract terms
  • Record sustainability data into our system of record, reconcile the system of record against other departments such as operations and provide 1st level problem solving support.
  • Work with external counterparts to chase any outstanding documents
  • Support the Analysts, Regulatory Compliance in preparing for sustainability audits.
  • Work with other internal stakeholders including Marketing, Refining, Regulatory, Tax, Customs, Legal, Finance & VCO to align on P66 renewables initiatives

Critical Skills/Leadership Criteria

  • Hold the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom without restrictions, or the role you are applying for meets the criteria for employer sponsorship.
  • Administrative experience desirable but not essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • An ability to work proactively with minimal supervision using own initiative.
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing and prioritizing.
  • Advanced level proficiency on Microsoft Office applications desirable (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Phillips 66 has significant marketing operations in Europe. In the UK the business is primarily wholesale, selling fuels to distributors (some of whom are branded JET) and resellers. The fuels are either collected by customers or delivered through a contracted road tanker fleet operating out of a number of UK distribution points. In addition, Phillips 66 Limited supplies a network of approximately 330 independently owned petrol forecourts, all of which are branded JET.

Other markets served are aviation, marine and LPG. JET supplies some of the UK\’s growing secondary airports using owned and shared refuelling tankers and storage, and delivers to airlines through contracted refuelling operations. Marine markets are served using contracted vehicles, as is the LPG business.
