The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
This role is accountable to the Commercial and Marketing business units for the delivery of ongoing ERP process improvements, stabilization and global standardization. It is also accountable to the IT function for the advocacy of the IT policies, strategies, and practices. This role provides the opportunity to work across the Phillips 66 value chain and offers opportunities for building relationships and networking across various businesses and IT organizations globally. A successful ERP Functional Analyst has a solutioning mindset and is a self-starter who can learn quickly and work independently.
Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Provide business solutions / functional-based systems support to the UK Commercial and Marketing organisations.
- Assist with translating business need into ERP processes requirements including partnering with IT and other business groups to understand needs, solution and business value.
- Understand global and standard processes to enable them to be used followed / leveraged as appropriate and partner with the Business to implement.
- Increase business acumen; proactively engage the business to understand and optimise end-to-end business processes.
- Understand and identify alternatives, present options, and make recommendations to improve and optimise the businesses systems footprint.
- Capture business requirements and review functional designs, with ERP functional teams, for systems changes.
Critical Skills / Leadership Criteria
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK on a permanent basis without restrictions, or the role you are applying for meets the criteria for employer sponsorship.
- 1+ years of ERP system experience in business, finance or IT roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.

Business Overview
Phillips 66 has significant marketing operations in Europe. In the UK, the business is primarily wholesale, selling fuels to distributors and resellers. The fuels are either collected by customers or delivered through a contracted road tanker fleet operating out of a number of UK distribution points. In addition, Phillips 66 Limited supplies a network of approximately 330 independently owned petrol forecourts, all of which are branded JET. Other markets served are aviation, marine and LPG.
