Phillips 66 is recruiting a Graduate Rotating Equipment Engineer to join the PREP graduate programme.

As part of the structured multi‑year PREP programme, you will gain hands‑on project ownership and direct exposure to senior leaders across key business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on long‑term reliability improvements and recommend projects and equipment enhancements.
  • Set optimal scope for repairs during shutdowns to maximize market capture.
  • Provide technical support to operations, troubleshoot discipline equipment issues.
  • Evaluate and forecast equipment degradation mechanisms to determine future repair scopes.
  • Conduct fitness‑for‑service calculations using hand calculations or Finite Element analysis.
  • Re‑rate discipline specific equipment for increased production capacity.
  • Gain appreciation of non‑discipline equipment and understand other departments’ roles in a complex 24/7 refinery.
