I’m partnered with a national multidisciplinary property consultancy looking for an Associate Director Building Surveyor to join their London team. The company works across a mix of commercial, residential, and public sector projects and offers a collaborative environment with real scope for career progression.

The role involves leading on both professional and project work, managing client relationships, and helping to win new business. You’ll also be involved in mentoring junior surveyors and working closely with the leadership team to support the team’s development.

This role is ideal for an experienced MRICS surveyor ready to step into a leadership position, combining technical expertise with commercial insight.
