We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Inclusion Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Team. This rewarding role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to access learning, achieve their potential, and fully participate in school life. Working closely with teachers, the SENDCo, parents, and external professionals, you will provide classroom, small-group, and individual support, helping students develop confidence, independence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours. You will assist with adapting resources, delivering targeted interventions, monitoring progress, and promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment. We are looking for someone who:



  • Has a passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed.

  • Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

  • Is patient, flexible, and committed to inclusion and equality.

  • Has strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Is willing to undertake training and continuous professional development.
