Solutions Project Manager

As a Solutions Project Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of Enterprise Diagnostics Informatics (EDI) solutions. You will work as a project manager, leading the site implementation team of our Cardiology software solutions to satisfactory deployment of the solutions and business deliverables for Philips and the customer, so that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Your role:

  • Make a meaningful impact by leading the implementation of Enterprise Diagnostics Informatics solutions that support healthcare customers.
  • Lead the site implementation team and work closely with customers, EDI sales consultants, account management teams, Philips management and Incident Support Services to ensure project expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Develop your expertise in high-tech healthcare informatics, customer delivery, project governance and accepted methodologies such as PRINCE2, while working in a home-based field role covering the UK and Ireland (and some additional European locations).

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in areas such as Project Management, Customer Service or equivalent for candidates with a Bachelor's degree; no prior experience is required for candidates with a Master's degree.
  • Project Management Certification is preferred.
  • Successful high-tech project management experience, ideally within healthcare technology, IT products, network environments or diagnostics informatics solutions.
  • Strong project management capability, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead project teams, produce clear project documentation and apply accepted methodologies such as PRINCE2.
  • Customer-first mindset, strong stakeholder management and the ability to understand customer environments, IT policies, constraints and operational needs.
  • Excellent oral and written English-language skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Clear driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland (with some European travel).

Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role, most effectively done outside of Philips’ main facilities, generally at customers’ locations. The position is home-based, with a coverage area of the UK and Ireland (with some European travel).

This role is not open to relocation.
