Job Title
TikTok social media manager lead for Germany.
Your role:
You will be in the driving seat and manage the daily operations, from overseeing full-funnel activation including handle management, content creation, and paid campaigns to performance insights generation and optimization.
You are a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment connecting and collaborating closely with the marketing teams, media agencies and TikTok partners to drive best in class consumer experience on the platform.
If you have a passion for content, a deep understanding of digital marketing and social media trends, and have a wealth of creative ideas, this is the role for you.
Content briefing, planning & creation
Responsible for identifying and briefing content needs across the funnel
Creation and optimisation of content (agency and in-house)
Owner of content calendar creation and alignment with marketing teams and agency partners
Campaign briefing, planning, activation & optimisation
Accountable for annual and quarterly TikTok campaign planning covering full funnel paid (advertising), handle (owned) and earned (affiliates) in collaboration with agency and TSP
Oversee briefing and sampling program for affiliates and creators
Supporting TSP and retail team on TikTok live planning and activation
Drive continuous optimization and own performance reporting and forums including quarterly performance reviews with extended marketing team.
Training and Capability Building
Stay up to date with the latest platform developments and social trends on TikTok
Drive engagement and capabilities within the Philips organisation to lift the standard of activation through collaboration.
Be the first POC for agency including up to date product and brand training for partners.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week (this can be in Philips and/or agency office)
