In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.
With Bridgefield’s support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering the cost of healthcare, and advancing the science of resuscitation while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital market segments.
Your role:
This role will have full European responsibility of the Service portfolio for all Emergency Care products, being the external point of contact for service partners and end customers and then enabling internal stakeholders to identify a solution. In addition to this you will:
- Define, implement, and train Commercial and Service Partners on Service delivery processes and tools
- Monitor and improve process performance with focus on regulatory and end customer satisfaction
- Participate in the selection, onboarding and evaluation of Service Partners, create action plan to develop their capabilities
- Be the voice of Partner with Philips stakeholders, act as SME on projects related to the indirect business & service
- Support the commercial & marketing teams for the creation of business plan with Partners.
- Enable commercial success with strong Service delivery performance

We believe that we are better together than apart. For this role you will be based from our offices in Farnborough and split your time between collaborating face to face with internal and external stakeholders across UKI, Nordics, BENELUX and Spain, and working from home.
You’re right for this role if:
- You have a strong technical acumen gained from a background in Biomed, engineering, military equipment services or similar – whilst training will be provided, we will need the successful candidate to be able to easily grasp the technicalities of our medical devices.
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to develop gravitas with a wide variety of stakeholders
- You understand the healthcare sector – either working within healthcare or providing a service into the sector.
- You have a career history in service delivery, service management, customer success or roles where you have been responsible for Service and outsourcing processes
- You can demonstrate a focus on performance management (KPI, SLA)
- Full driving license to enable flexible travel to partner and customer sites.
Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
