Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial execution of the Hospital Patient Monitoring portfolio in the region
  • Meet or exceed annual Order Intake and Revenue targets across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and private hospitals
  • Own sales performance for patient monitoring products, collaborating with regional teams
  • Partner with Modality Sales Specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical account plans using win/loss analysis and market intelligence
  • Support clinical demonstrations and drive account growth through travel to hospital sites

Key requirements

  • Experience selling medical devices (ideally Patient Monitoring) or clinical background (ICU/OR/Critical care or cardiology) seeking transition to health tech sales
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Full UK Driving License
