As the Northern Europe Service Delivery Leader for Healthcare Informatics Implementation projects, you will set the strategic direction for service delivery across the region, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex, high‑impact service initiatives while building and maintaining trusted relationships with our customers. This role offers real scope to influence how services are delivered and integrated for UKI and Nordics region – from embedding best‑practice service frameworks to driving operational efficiency and strong financial performance. Your Role
- Oversees the end‑to‑end management of complex service delivery operations, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure the timely and cost‑effective execution of services that exceed customer expectations.
- Operates independently; contributes to the development of objectives and principles for Healthcare Informatics and Service & Solution Delivery teams, fostering creative and effective approaches to goal attainment.
- Provides leadership to others, nurtures their professional development, and facilitates collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Acts as the key escalation point for critical delivery issues, providing strategic guidance and intervention to resolve challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure the successful completion of service commitments.
- Drives the continuous optimisation of service delivery processes, leveraging data analytics, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivates and manages executive‑level relationships with key customers, understanding their evolving business needs and aligning service delivery strategies to support their long‑term goals and objectives.
- Leads strategic initiatives to expand service capabilities, including the introduction of new service offerings, the integration of advanced technologies, and the exploration of new market opportunities.
- Ensures the consistent application of service delivery best practices and methodologies across all projects, driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the service delivery teams.
- Prepares and delivers detailed reports, insights, and strategic recommendations on service delivery performance to senior executives, contributing to high‑level decision‑making and the formulation of future service strategies.
- Responsible for Sales revenue and IGM performance for the Northern Europe region.
How We Work Together
This is a remote‑based role within the UK and will require regular travel to customer sites.
You’re right for this role if
- You have significant leadership experience in Healthcare Informatics Service Delivery, especially in Imaging Informatics like Radiology Informatics or Advanced Visualization Informatics.
- Significant experience in delivering services to NHS‑regulated (UKI) and other regulated markets.
- Strong influencing and commercial skills.
- Expertise in service delivery and customer relationship management in medical devices environment.
- A degree or qualification in software engineering, business engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience with improvement projects for software delivery projects meeting time, budget & quality as well as for managed services quality.
- Comprehensive understanding of “people business” which includes the management of key skills in project, solutions and services business as well as continuous professionalisation across the entire resource base.
- Proven track record in data‑driven software solutions optimisations / analytics & KPI based.
- Results‑oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
