Overview
In this role you promote Philips Healthcare solutions and provide clinical and technical support to ensure safe, effective use of equipment post-installation.
You will train end users and hospital staff, drive customer satisfaction, and support product launches across London and the South-Central region.
You work with cross-functional teams to ensure training quality, safety compliance, and ongoing adoption of monitoring analytics solutions.
The position blends field-based training, customer engagement, and regulatory/quality responsibilities to improve patient care.

Responsibilities
- Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demos, seminars, and trade shows
- Collaborate with account team to meet modality results and targets
- Support new product launches
- Provide application reports after visits
- Train customers on optimal clinical procedures and equipment usage
- Re-train staff for new releases or procedure changes
- Set up and manage application training schedules with customers
- Ensure high-quality training and customer satisfaction
- Visit customers regularly to gather feedback on training and satisfaction
- Report to BU on usage difficulties and safety/regulatory concerns
- Stay updated on developments in clinical applications and operating field
- Ensure training complies with quality policy and regulatory training
- Report customer feedback according to quality standards
- Work closely with Account Managers and Product Managers to achieve results
- Report to Clinical Application Lead
- Key requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Monitoring products
- Experience with ECG systems is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical field using monitoring devices
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and local language
- Experience/qualification in teaching/training
- Field-based role in healthcare environment
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required
