Your role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us for 18 months, where you will complete your Supply Chain Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 3, who is passionate about maximising this opportunity to kick start a career in Supply Chain. This is a unique opportunity to support our Supply Chain and Operations team.

Working in Philips Personal Health is all about empowering people to live happy, healthy lifestyles. We leverage deep insights to create personalised and sustainable solutions across oral healthcare; mother and childcare; grooming and beauty; and consumer health. The work you do with us will help people and their families around the world take better control of their health and well-being, for today and tomorrow.

The role will report day to day into the Supply Chain Manager within the UKI Personal Health business. Given the diverse remit of the team, this is a dynamic role where you can define your own areas of interest in addition to your standard responsibilities – a great opportunity to develop your knowledge across various supply chain functional areas in the consumer goods industry.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

  • Be the liaison between the sales and operations team in the UK on the one hand and the Order Management and Scheduling team in Lodz, Poland, the distribution and warehousing partners in the Netherlands on the other hand.
  • Review Key Performance Indicators and drive continuous improvements on these.
  • Responsible for planning on a weekly basis the demand for specific customers towards the factories.
  • Support UK supply chain improvement projects.
  • Complete your Supply Chain Practitioner Apprenticeship L3.

What we offer you:

  • A competitive apprentice salary and benefits package.
  • Access to a wide variety of flexible company benefits, including matched pension contributions, and the option to purchase additional holiday.
  • Philips University and Linkedin Learning are available to all employees for learning and development opportunities.
  • 25 days holiday allowance from the beginning, plus bank holidays.

You’re right for this role if:

  • You are highly motivated to maximise this opportunity to kick start a career in supply chain and logistics.
  • You have a relevant academic background or related evidence of an interest in Supply Chain.
  • You will have strong Excel skills and be familiar with MS Office suite and PowerPoint.
  • You have strong written and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
  • You naturally demonstrate Philips behaviours: customer first, patient safety, quality and integrity always, team up to win, take ownership to deliver fast, and eager to improve and inspire.

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. This role is office based. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Recruitment Process:

All applications should be submitted through the Government apprenticeship website. Please note all applicants will be required to attend a pre-entry interview with our training provider before an application can be progressed. This will be in addition to a screening interview with the Philips Apprentice Recruiter. Following this, successful candidates will be invited to an in-person interview in our Farnborough office, W/C 25th May 2026. Please apply at your earliest convenience as applications will be reviewed on a first come first served basis. If you’re interested in this role and have many, but not all, of the experiences needed, we encourage you to apply. You may still be the right candidate for this or other opportunities at Philips.
