The Shopper Excellence Manager role drives the commercial organization to excel in shopper fundamentals. It is focused on promotional orchestration, perfect store execution, and digital shelf excellence.
You are responsible for:
- Translating the right and relevant strategy, aligning with the Commercial & Marketing leadership team to drive category growth.
- Enabling the organization with tooling and analytics to help identify gaps and opportunities on shopper fundamentals.
- Maintaining strong collaboration between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customers’ needs/requirements, consumer, and shopper behaviors as well as category strategies to achieve retail execution excellence with a win-win mindset.
- Closely collaborating with sales channel leaders, Consumer Marketing Managers, Shopper activation managers, CatMan experts and Management Information & Analytics for continuous improvement on fundamentals.
- Driving value creation and extraction through better shopper experience with our retail partners.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Degree in marketing / business administration is preferred.
- Previous experience in Shopping Marketing, RGM or Sales.
- Shopper and customer first mindset.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
