Represent the voice of the consumer in one of our key categories within our Personal Health business in the UK, and manage the Consumer Marketing Intern. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive household penetration, brand preference and market share in the UK market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the local UKI marketing activation plan based on agreed AOP for the category and local consumer insights together with the Consumer Marketing Leader (CML).
- Champion the voice of the zone and provide business performance and local insights about consumers, markets, competition and trends to the WE regional team.
- Manage up to 24 months of planning performance, short and long term, to ensure delivery of the FY key goals.
- Define local portfolio and channelisation based on Western European range/Channelisation to accommodate local consumer.
