As a Clinical Application Specialist MR Europe, you will support the MR business across Europe. You will work closely with clinical teams, the sales organization, and customers to drive solution adoption, strengthen Philips' market position, and ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the region. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference sites across Europe, while playing a critical role in strengthening and advancing the knowledge and expertise of the Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) community across the region. This role offers continuous professional development, exposure to the latest MRI technologies, and the opportunity to become a trusted clinical advisor supporting healthcare organizations across Europe.

Location: Europe (Remote/Home-based within Europe)

What You Will Do:

  • Develop advanced training modules and educational materials that enhance clinical proficiency and user satisfaction, supporting effective onboarding and continuous professional development.
  • Communicate effectively and persuasively with clinical end-users, delivering impactful training sessions, technical support, and educational resources that promote proficient use of Philips' products and services.
  • Document meticulously and provide detailed reporting on application implementations, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support seamless project management and regulatory compliance.
  • Adapt clinical applications to customer-specific workflows and operational requirements.
  • Analyze clinical workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and clinical outcomes.
  • Provide expert clinical and technical guidance during system implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
  • Build strong relationships with radiologists, radiographers, clinicians, and key stakeholders to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and Philips policies throughout implementation activities.
  • Collect customer feedback and clinical insights to support continuous improvement and future innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, Product Management, and Clinical Education teams across Europe.
  • Contribute to the development of colleagues by sharing best practices and clinical expertise.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or minimum 3 years with a Master's degree, in Clinical Applications, MRI, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, or a related healthcare technology field.
  • Strong MRI clinical knowledge and understanding of diagnostic imaging workflows.
  • Experience delivering clinical training, customer education, or application support.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • A customer-focused mindset and passion for improving patient care through technology.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.

How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is a field role.
