Role Summary: Assembler in Americus, GA. Responsibilities include assembling, wiring, inspecting, testing, and packaging lighting fixtures on an assembly line or workbench, ensuring quality and efficient production.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, wire, inspect, test, and package fixtures.
- Enter accurate work order information.
- Perform quality checks per inspection and control plans.
- Maintain equipment and work areas clean and orderly; uphold 5S principles.
- Report health and safety issues, unsafe acts, and suggestions to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stand up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly without assistance.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Starting rate of pay = $15.08.
