Job Description
The Europe Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) Regional Business Leader will lead the IGT-D business unit across Europe, driving revenue, margin, and service growth while shaping the strategic direction of the business. Your leadership will directly influence market share growth, customer satisfaction, and the success of new product launches in critical healthcare technology segments. This role can be located in any European Philips hub location.
Your role:
The Europe Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) Regional Business Leader will shape a high-impact business at a continental scale, develop advanced leadership capabilities, and influence healthcare innovations across Europe. This role offers exposure to executive-level decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to drive strategic growth in a competitive and evolving medical devices market.
- P&L and Sales Growth Ownership:

Own the P&L of the IGT-D business unit in Europe.

Drive revenue, margin, and service growth through a mix of direct and indirect sales channels across Europe zones.

- Leadership and Team Management:
-
Lead dedicated IGT-D sales and clinical applications teams across Europe zones.

Manage directly the 8 IGT-D Zone Business Leaders and indirectly oversee 160 IGT-D Europe employees while providing clear strategic direction and expectations for the European region

Inspire and motivate employees while ensuring appropriate coaching, performance management and talent development occur throughout the year. Strongly contribute to the global IGT-D Business Unit Leadership Team, as well as the Europe IGT Leadership Team.

Ensure regular connectivity with key stakeholders within IGT-D and IGT while staying on top of and communicating key metrics and potential headwinds to the business.

- Market Strategy and Customer Focus:

Develop and execute market growth plans, as per the Strategic Plan of IGT-D, aiming to aggressively grow and win market share in addressable segments.

Align with marketing strategies and build relationships with key opinion leaders across Europe in all the clinical segments covered, as well as seeking to create synergies with other businesses (IGT-S, Ultrasound). Continuously flow Europe market insights back to the global IGT-D business unit.

Ensure customer satisfaction and drive the launch of new products in line with global & local plans.

- Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and communicate business sales strategies for existing and new customers, as well as existing and new channels.

Manage sales metrics and forecasts, driving to improve commercial excellence.

Coach teams, engage in customer meetings, and foster a culture of teamwork and development to achieve revenue and profitability targets, collaborating across Philips in each zone and in Europe (synergies).

You\’re the right fit if you bring:

15+ years of sales/marketing experience and with at least 5 years of people leadership responsibility;

Deep knowledge of the Healthcare Medical Devices market is a must, while image-guided therapy is preferred;

Commercial leadership experience with proven results in the European region;
-
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence at all levels of the organization;

Experience managing a team and an even larger indirect team, inspiring all levels of the organization;
-
Proven experience as a sales professional with a proven track record of success managing people and complex sales scenarios;

Demonstrated success at developing and communicating a clear strategic vision and effectively executing that vision;

Ability to work with and manage a large, diverse sales team to drive business and organizational priorities;

Ability to embrace change and drive change management within the organization;
-
Prepared to travel about 35% of the time.
