Clinical Consultant – Radiology Informatics (PACS)

As a clinical consultant in our Radiology Informatics organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to provide application configuration, user training, product commercialization, trade show support, product demos, call escalation handling and system workflow integration.

Part of a fast‑growing, expert Informatics Team, you will help lead the way in transforming healthcare delivery.

You will connect patients with hospitals, contributing to healthcare innovation and improving lives every day, and provide essential applications consultation and workflow expertise for solutions installations across our install base.

You will report directly to the Clinical Consultant Implementation Leader for Northern Europe and may occasionally assist globally, which will require international travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement activities for application configuration, user training, product commercialization, trade show support, product demos, call escalation handling and system workflow integration.
  • Collaborate in project teams to configure clinical workflows, serving in a consultative role to ensure smooth delivery and successful implementation of VUEPACS solutions.
  • Develop and execute training programs for clinical users; support the creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the solution’s go‑live.
  • Own the resolution of defects related to clinical UI and workflows, and mentor customers in system maintenance.
  • Document as‑built workflows, facilitate handover to service support, and participate in developing new solutions and product functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2years of relevant experience, or vocational education and 4+years of relevant experience (a clinical degree in radiography, radiotherapy, medical imaging, clinical science and technology is preferred).
  • Experience in a radiology department and a good understanding of radiology workflows.
  • Experience with PACS and ideally a radiographer licence or PACS administrator experience.
  • Tech‑savvy and proficient with MSOffice products.
  • Experience with application training and/or consulting.
  • Fluent level of English and excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Motivated team player, adaptable, with great interpersonal skills.
  • Holding a driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland (up to70%) and across Europe as required.
  • Willingness to undergo a standard DBS criminal record check.
