Ce poste vous donne la possibilité de participer à l’amélioration des soins apportés aux patients par votre expertise technique et votre niveau de service exemplaire auprès des médecins, ingénieurs biomédicaux et manipulateurs radio.

Vous avez pour principales missions :

  • Intervenir chez les clients lors des opérations de maintenance préventive, contrôles qualité, maintenance corrective et de montage/installation sur l’ensemble de nos équipements en imagerie médicale (IRM).
  • Former les utilisateurs sur la prise en main des équipements et les upgrades.
  • Assurer la transmission des informations relatives à vos interventions.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour répondre aux besoins des clients.

Vous faites partie d’une équipe de cadres techniques expérimentés de la division Health Systems France, rattachés au Responsable Service. Vous êtes en interaction quotidienne avec les équipes commerciales et cliniques, tournées vers l’écoute du besoin des médecins et personnels hospitaliers. Vous accompagnez nos équipes de jeunes techniciens dans leur apprentissage technique et du service client.

Le poste est basé idéalement dans l’Essonne. De nombreux déplacements sont à prévoir sur le secteur IDF (Sud Est).

Vos atouts pour réussir à ce poste :

  • Formation supérieure biomédicale ou technique.
  • Expérience en maintenance d’équipements électroniques, informatiques ou mécaniques.
  • Forte orientation client, autonomie et organisation.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et bon esprit d’équipe.
  • Bon niveau requis en anglais comme en français.
