Ce poste vous donne la possibilité de participer à l’amélioration des soins apportés aux patients par votre expertise technique et votre niveau de service exemplaire auprès des médecins, ingénieurs biomédicaux et manipulateurs radio.
Vous avez pour principales missions :
- Intervenir chez les clients lors des opérations de maintenance préventive, contrôles qualité, maintenance corrective et de montage/installation sur nos équipements d’imagerie médicale (Scanner, IRM).
- Former les utilisateurs sur la prise en main des équipements et les upgrades.
- Assurer la transmission des informations relatives à vos interventions.
- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
Vos atouts pour réussir à ce poste :
- Formation supérieure, biomédicale ou technique.
- Première expérience en maintenance d’équipements électroniques, idéalement en milieu hospitalier et sur des modalités d'imagerie.
- Forte orientation client, autonomie et organisation.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et bon esprit d’équipe.
- Bon niveau requis en anglais comme en français.
Vous faites partie d’une équipe régionale de responsables techniques intervenant sur les différentes gammes d’équipements. Vous êtes en interaction quotidienne avec les équipes commerciales et cliniques, tournées vers l’écoute du besoin des médecins et personnels hospitaliers. Poste basé idéalement dans le Gard (région Nîmes). Des déplacements sont à prévoir sur le secteur Sud.
Notre mode de collaboration :
Nous sommes convaincus que la collaboration en présentiel renforce notre performance collective. Pour nos équipes basées au siège, cela implique une présence au bureau au minimum trois jours par semaine. Les fonctions dites « onsite » requièrent une présence à temps plein sur les sites de l’entreprise. Les postes « terrain » s’exercent principalement en dehors des locaux de l’entreprise, le plus souvent chez nos clients ou nos partenaires fournisseurs. Ce poste s’exerce sur le terrain.
