Vous avez pour principales missions :

  • Accueillir, analyser et enregistrer les demandes techniques sur nos solutions DXR (Diagnostic X Ray), en apportant un support attentif et conforme aux exigences rĂ©glementaires.
  • RĂ©aliser des diagnostics Ă  distance pour rĂ©soudre efficacement les incidents, et dĂ©finir un plan d’action clair et structurĂ© lorsque la rĂ©solution Ă  distance n’est pas possible.
  • CrĂ©er et suivre les Work Orders, en assurant une communication transparente et rĂ©gulière avec le client tout au long du processus.
  • GĂ©rer les plaintes et les escalades liĂ©es Ă  la sĂ©curitĂ© ou non — avec rigueur, rĂ©activitĂ© et sens du service.
  • Contribuer au dĂ©veloppement des connaissances en rĂ©digeant, mettant Ă  jour et soumettant les articles de la base de connaissances.
  • Participer Ă  la conduite de petits projets et accompagner un nombre limitĂ© de collaborateurs, en favorisant un environnement collaboratif et positif.
