The Remote Program Leader International Region is responsible for leading strategic program initiatives that align with the organization's strategic vision, driving transformative improvements in service delivery. The role involves spearheading large-scale process improvement and innovation projects, leveraging advanced methodologies and AI initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. The role delegates critical tasks to senior project managers, oversees the development of scalable operational frameworks and drives innovation and deployments in the Zones of International Region by integrating emerging trends and technologies. The role leads change initiatives, champions best practices, new technologies, and innovative processes to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute the Remote Program and high-level service operations initiatives, aligning departmental goals with the organization's long-term vision and driving transformative improvements across service delivery.
  • Champion and lead large-scale process improvement projects, leveraging industry best practices and advanced (AI) methodologies to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with executive stakeholders to define and implement service operations policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the overall business strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Delegate high-impact projects and critical tasks to senior team members, providing oversight and support to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation and drive adoption of advanced operational frameworks and processes, ensuring they are scalable and capable of supporting the organization's growth and evolving needs.
  • Evaluate and recalibrate service operations strategies and initiatives based on comprehensive performance analysis, ensuring that changes are effectively implemented to meet evolving business demands and objectives.
  • Oversee the governance of large-scale programs, ensuring that all projects are executed according to organizational standards, compliance requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Champion organizational change initiatives within the program, driving the adoption of best practices, new technologies, and innovative processes that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate executive-level decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights, risk assessments, and recommendations on program performance, challenges, and strategic direction.
  • Evaluate program outcomes against key performance indicators and strategic goals, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and sustained value creation.
  • Represent the program in executive meetings and stakeholder forums, effectively communicating the program’s progress, challenges, and achievements, and advocating for necessary support or adjustments.
  • Lead succession planning and comprehensive talent management, driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, and career development in alignment with organizational operational goals.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in Service organization in Healthcare, IT or other tech industry.
  • Experience in building and scaling remote service structure inside organization, e.g. remote IT software installation and management (mandatory).
  • Experience in running transformations at scale preferably on global level, knowledge of change management methodologies, Lean / other Operational Excellence Methodologies.
  • Experience in building partnership with senior stakeholder level and influencing stakeholder alignment in matrix organization.
  • Experience in leading a team of direct reports.
  • Strategic vision, technological savviness and ability to drive and implement a transformational change.
