Philips Oral Healthcare (OHC) is part of Philips Personal Health and focuses on improving oral health through innovative, clinically proven solutions such as Philips Sonicare and Philips Zoom Whitening. Within the Benelux (BNL), Marketing, Sales and the Professional Dental Team work closely together to empower dental professionals in their clinical advisory role and to support them in guiding their patients toward better oral care results. Your role:
- Responsible for driving top of mind awareness and recommendation rate of Sonicare amongst dental professionals.
- Increase new users of Philips Sonicare enabling trials and timely follow up to evaluate experiences (stimulate regular usage) and enable qualitative dental professional recommendation to patients, patient trial programs, patient profile materials, close the loop programs.
- Responsible for managing your own region by building and maintaining a professional customer relationship, including professional support/relations, consulting and training of the dental professionals (existing/new customers) by using training tools & digital communication.
- Managing and populating the SalesCRM database staying closely connected to your customers and their needs.
- Effective & efficient visit planning: visit priority setting based on company goals and segmentation/target audience.
- Organize and follow-up of customer appointments, requests and trainings.
- Being the expert of Philips Sonicare and Zoom products and stays up to date with the latest trends and product developments in dentistry.
- Participate in national events and trade fairs and organize local events in own area.
- Acquisition of new customers for Philips Zoom! and increasing the Philips Zoom! Use (kits rotation) among existing customers.
- Increases regional revenue by engaging dental practices through presentations, lunch & learns, Zoom demonstrations and in-practice trainings that directly drive the purchase of Sonicare and Zoom products.
- Observe the market and competition and carry out territory analyses with the help of the (CRM) tool.
- Evaluate the performance of the region regularly and pro-actively drive short- and long-term corrective actions where needed.
- Proactively provide input to the team/region colleagues and internal departments regarding improvement and further development measures for sales optimization and marketing materials.
- Responsible for managing the customer relationship in own region to deliver on targets.
- Drives Philips Sonicare as the #1 MOR (Most Often Recommended) Power Toothbrush and the Philips Zoom brand as the #1 patient-requested professional whitening system amongst dental professionals by managing a region of dental professionals.
You’re the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent +3YR years of relevant experience in consultative sales, business development or a comparable commercial role.
- Experience within dental care is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in independently managing a region, including delivering on KPIs, developing business plans and successfully growing your territory.
- A service- and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on building long-term professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, applying the right balance between push and pull.
- Strong prioritization capabilities and well-developed commercial insight.
- Able to engage and collaborate effectively with dental and healthcare professionals.
- Strong business instincts and a proven commercial track record (KPIs, business growth, regional ownership).
- Excellent command of the Dutch language and good knowledge of the English language.
How we work together: Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This region is Amsterdam, Haarlem, Den Helder.
