A great opportunity to join the highly successful Hospital Patient Monitoring business (global market leader) at Philips. In this role, you will be responsible for driving order intake and sales – both direct and indirect – of consumables across Fetal Monitoring, MR-compatible Monitoring and General Care solutions, covering the entire Netherlands.
Your role:
- Drive commercial growth across the Netherlands by actively developing new business and expanding existing accounts within hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Be highly visible in the field: proactively visit customers, build networks and represent Philips at conferences, events and industry meetings.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships and support indirect channel partners to maximize both short- and long-term business results.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with a proactive hunting mindset, translating market insights into concrete sales actions.
- Analyze market, customer and portfolio data to spot trends and unlock growth potential.
- Develop and execute account plans, balancing strategic growth initiatives with hands-on day-to-day customer management.

- Experience in hospital or Patient Monitoring sales is a plus, but not required.

- You are a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently across a national territory.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
