Chargé(e) de relations clients – Renouvellements contrats – H/F

Job Description

Ce poste vous donne la possibilité de gérer les renouvellements de contrats de service de nos clients internationaux, en collaboration avec les commerciaux, en assurant le respect des délais de renouvellement.

Mission

  • Gérer des tâches quotidiennes telles que la création, la gestion, le suivi et la maintenance de la base de renouvellement.

  • Générer, réviser et fournir des devis de renouvellement précis aux clients.

  • Identifier et présenter les objections de prix à la direction.

  • Comprendre et gérer le processus d\’approvisionnement des clients pour assurer la rapidité des renouvellements de contrats.

  • Demander et réviser le bon de commande du client par rapport au devis de renouvellement pour en vérifier l\’exactitude.

  • Examiner et répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients concernant le soutien au renouvellement.

  • Assister et participer activement aux réunions hebdomadaires de mise à jour sur l\’état des renouvellements.

Poste basé à Paris (75002).

Vos atouts pour réussir

  • Formation supérieure en commerce ou équivalent.

  • Plus de 2 ans d\’expérience démontrée dans un rôle de contact avec la clientèle.

  • Capacité à communiquer clairement et efficacement par téléphone et par courriel.

  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, rigueur et souci du détail, avec la capacité de gérer un volume élevé de renouvellements.

  • Excellente maîtrise d\’Excel et idéalement SAP, Zuora et Salesforce.

  • Anglais et français courant impératif.
