  • Understanding and communicating results/ROI and digital analytics for digital programs on all Philips dashboards, driving optimizations and campaign improvements, and making budget recommendations.

  • Supporting/collaborating with the Channels and Strategic Customer visits organization to ensure alignment with e-Commerce programs and priorities, Digital Portfolio and Program Managers and Regions.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieve campaign metrics for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), MQL to Opportunity, Order Intake Value and other metrics determined by the Digital Center of Excellence.

  • Comfort navigating a complex organizational environment; good instincts for how to move work forward
