Make a Real Difference Every Day. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Inclusion Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Team. This rewarding role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to access learning, achieve their potential, and fully participate in school life. Working closely with teachers, the SENDCo, parents, and external professionals, you will provide classroom, small-group, and individual support, helping students develop confidence, independence, resilience and positive learning behaviours. You will assist with adapting resources, delivering targeted interventions, monitoring progress and promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
